A Reward Manager is required by a UK Bank on a contract basis to support the Head of Reward in the development and implantation of wider HR strategy.

A Reward Manager is required by a UK Bank on a contract basis to support the Head of Reward in the development and implantation of wider HR strategy.
Key responsibilities: - contribute to the development and implementation of reward initiatives - Preparation of Management Information - Reward governance issues - Advising Business Partners on reward issues - Develop and deliver reward strategy and solutions to support business objectives.
Key skills: - High level of analytical and financial skills - Solid reward experience - candidates must be able to develop and deliver reward strategies and solutions involving base pay, job evaluation and grading, variable pay/incentives, long term incentives, and benefits. - Comfortable with both employee reward and executive reward agendas - Well developed leadership skills encompassing project management, negotiation, influencing, facilitation & collaboration, flexibility, teamwork, well rounded interpersonal & communication skills, and ability to prioritise - role holder will need to be confident and credible in dealing with, presenting to, and influencing senior stakeholders. - Specialist in at least one technical reward area e.g. Legal, tax, pensions or benefits - Financial Services experience required.
